Annette von Stockhausen (“The Alexandrian and Antiochene Bible Exegesis in Late Antiquity”) presents the use of Handwritten Text Recognition (HTR) in the editing process and the digital edition platform of the Patristic Text Archive (PTA) (https://pta.bbaw.de). Subsequently, with the help of Jupyter Notebooks (Python), we will explore possibilities for research beyond the tools available on the website.
